DEVBHOG Suji (Semolina) is the coarse, purified wheat middlings of durum wheat used in making pasta, breakfast cereals, puddings, and couscous. The term semolina is also used to designate coarse middlings from other varieties of wheat, and from other grains, semolina is also known as rava or Suji in Indian staple foods. Suji is specially used in south Indian foods for preparing south India rava Dosa. It is made from whole grain durum wheat from Madhya Pradesh
